Can I use SparkLoop with my email platform?

Probably, yes!

You can integrate SparkLoop with most major ESPs with just two clicks.

If your provider is not on the list, or if you have 30k+ subscribers and would like to discuss a custom integration, please get in touch with us and we'll see what we can do.

Do you have an annual discount?

Yes!

For the Solo Creator and Media Brand plans, upgrading to annual gets you three free months and free access to our concierge package (normally $800).

Is there a free trial?

SparkLoop comes with a free 7-day trial on our Lite, Solo Creator and Media Brand plans.

This gives you the perfect, risk-free opportunity to jump into the SparkLoop dashboard, play around with the features, and make sure it's as good as everyone says it is — before committing and launching.

Can I get a live demo of SparkLoop in action?

Of course!

For early-stage operators with under 10'000 email subscribers, we'd love for you to join us on a weekly group demo call.

For larger publishers and operators, we also offer 1-on-1 intro calls with a referral growth expert.

Do you offer concierge onboarding or strategy advice?

Yes!

What happens if I outgrow my plan's subscriber limits?

Firstly, we'll be very happy for you. That means your email audience is growing!

For Lite users:
When you reach the 5'000 subscriber limit, we'll automatically upgrade you to the Solo Creator plan at the beginning of the next billing cycle, or when you reach 10'000 subscribers. Whichever event happens first.

You'll receive an email notification in advance.

Please note that the Lite plan is made available only to early-stage operators with a total audience of no more than 5'000 creators.

For Solo Creator users:
When you reach your plan's subscriber limit, we'll automatically upgrade you to the Media Brand plan at the beginning of the next billing cycle. You'll be notified via email in advance.

For Media Brand and High Volume accounts:
Our team will reach out to you when you're nearing your plan's subscriber limits and help you transition smoothly to the next plan.

Do you count inactive subscribers towards pricing?

Different email platforms have different terms for active vs inactive subscribers.

The short version: We only count subscribers who have been imported into SparkLoop and who haven't unsubscribed towards your pricing plan.

Is it easy to switch to SparkLoop from another tool?

Yes — our team will handle the entire migration for you seamlessly within a few days. Just contact our team to arrange a white-glove migration.

We're really proud that hundreds of newsletter publishers have upgraded to SparkLoop from other, generic referral tools... but no-one has ever gone in the opposite direction.

Can I export my data?

Yes!

You can generate a full export from the dashboard anytime, no questions asked.

We want you to use SparkLoop because it's the best referral tool for emails (2.3x better growth on average, to be precise) — not because we're holding you hostage!

How long will it take to get set up and see results?

Integrating SparkLoop takes just a few clicks.

After that, you still need to come up with good rewards, write some compelling email copy, and make tweaks based on your results.

A solo creator can expect to set aside 60-90min to get your first campaign launched, and anything from two weeks to two months to test different rewards and start seeing great results.

For larger media brands using our white-glove concierge onboarding service, the timeline from first contact to successful launch tends to be anywhere from 1-4 weeks, depending on internal priorities.
